The Volunteers

This year's team included the same hardy group that survived last year's Spanish adventure: Hugh Scholaert, Andree Legendre, Steve Hawkins and Tristan Scholaert. It also included for some of us a couple of new found friends: Caroline (Caro) Desilets, a Canadian ex-pat working for the SNCF (French Railway) in Paris and Connie Smith, a coworker of Andree's at BMO.

It should be emphasized however that our expedition would never have succeeded without our guide Enrique Ramirez Guio (Guio) and his incredible support team.
